As you may know, Wyndholme Village
operates under a condominium organizational structure that is regulated by specific laws
of the State of Maryland. When you are a member of a condominium, the condominium
association takes care of all common basic services. The association is run by residents
who are voted into office by all of the condominium residents. Each occupied residence

fee is initially set by the developer and then by the association.
