1. When will construction of Phase
I begin?
Construction of the infrastructure is complete. Construction of
the two buildings in phase I in underway now. The Watson House is planned to be ready for
occupancy by Fall 2000.
2. How long will it take to
complete the community?
Wyndholme Village will be built in phases. Each phase will
consist of 100 to 200 residences. Each phase will take about 18 months to complete.
