Answers:
1. What can I expect to find at
Wyndholme Village?
Wyndholme is a private, totally-secured complex designed for
seniors. In addition to elegant residential accommodations, the facilities offer a
user-friendly facility designed to enhance the lifestyle seniors enjoy here.

2. Will there be community areas?
Absolutely. The first building contains large community areas. A
well-appointed, grand lobby serves as the reception area. To either side of the reception
area are wonderful lounge areas, open to the floor above. In addition, there are
dining/activity/community center areas, a stage, a retail store with an ATM, chapel,
crafts room, an exercise room, hair salon, a library, theatre/auditorium and hotel suites.
As more buildings are built, additional community spaces will be added.

3. Will there be activities?
Yes, many, and they are set up and organized at the direction of
residents.

4. How will social activities be
organized?
Wyndholme has a full-time activities director, whose job it will
be to organize trips, special events and social activities to enhance the quality of life
for residents.

5. Will I have to participate in
activities, etc. that are requested by residents?
No, participation is always voluntary at Wyndholme Village.

6. Can I have my own place to
garden and raise flowers in?
There is extensive landscaping at Wyndholme and we expect that a
garden club will be organized. Raised garden beds are already in use by future residents.

7. Will I have to worry about
maintenance?
Not at all. The gardens, courtyards, fountains, lawns, woodlands,
etc. are professionally maintained by both Wyndholme Village management and any of those
residents who wish to volunteer their time.
Wyndholme also takes care of all common areas and maintenance,
including ordinary wear and tear on the exterior of your residence. Residents will be
responsible for properly maintaining the interior of their residence.

8. Are medical services available?
In the event of an emergency, St. Agnes Hospital is only minutes
away. Within fifteen minutes are the Johns Hopkins Hospital and the University of Maryland
Hospital as well. Other medical facilities are also nearby. In all cases, Wyndholme
Village will attempt to make sure that proper communications will be made available for
our deaf and hard-of-hearing residents.

9. What about in-home care
services, assisted-living, and skilled nursing services?
In-home care services, assisted-living and skilled care are being
explored at this time. Wyndholme Village zoning allows the development of all of these
services. In the event such services will be offered, there will be additional charges.

10. How do I
get groceries and other purchases into my residence?
Upon arrival at the Grand Lobby area, your items can be loaded
onto a nearby wheeled cart with the help of the valet. Then you will be able to push your
items easily to the elevator and your residence. At your convenience, you can return the
cart to a drop-off point by the elevator for pickup by Wyndholme staff.

11. Can I wash my car?
Yes. Facilities where you can do this are available at the
parking compound.

12. I don’t drive---is
transportation available?
Yes. Wyndholme Village provides private, scheduled shuttle
service, at no charge, to many popular destinations in and around Baltimore.
Transportation to national chain grocery stores and the pharmacy is also provided.
Individual chauffeur service is also available, for a fee.

13. How do residents get around
in the Wyndholme complex?
By simply walking, bicycling or using a wheelchair. Spectacular
courtyards and enclosed walkways provide easy access to all areas by everyone.

14. What facilities are located
on the first floor?
In addition to the furnished Grand Lobby with two lounge areas,
there will be a bar/cafe that serves lite-fare, a private dining room, a stage, library,
hair salon, crafts room, exercise room, retail store with ATM, a chapel and several other
community spaces. Activities are determined by the needs and desires of residents.

15. Is there be a library?
Yes. Shelving and other materials to set up a library space for
residents will be provided. Special equipment (a large print projector and Braille
computer printer) is provided for vision impaired / blind residents.

16. How do I get my mail and do
my banking?
A mail room with boxes is located off of the Grand Lobby. An ATM
machine and a coin changer is also located on the first floor. As the community expands,
more banking services will be added.

vehicles, and boats is available for a monthly fee.
