by the resident?
Residents pay for individual electric, telephone, cable and
amenities or activities they participate in.

Whenever possible, the Wyndholme Village staff will work with you
to help you sell your home.

The first 60 residences in phase I are being offered at excellent
introductory rates. Increases for the remaining residences are anticipated after these
first 60 are contracted for.

has been accepted?
You will be notified by mail within ten business days of receipt
of your letter. If you would like, please contact us within several days for a faster
acknowledgement.
