Security Questions:
1. What about security?
Security is of paramount importance. The entire premises is
monitored by video-observation, 24 hours-a-day, every day of the year. Our security staff
will include patrolling security guards, parking valets, and emergency personnel. All
guests must go through a convenient electronic gateway after registering at the gatehouse.

2. Will there be rules and
regulations in the community?
Like any well-planned community there are rules and regulations
at Wyndholme Village. They are outlined in the Resident’s Handbook that every owner
receives.
The Management Office will enforce the rules and regulations and
look to the Wyndholme Village Association for guidance, modification and establishment of
rules and regulations as needed.

3. Can I bring my car?
Of course. Residents are allowed one car, per residence at no
cost. Additional cars, recreational vehicles and boat parking can be provided for a
small additional fee. Guests of residents can use valet parking for the first 72 hours of
their stay. After that, there is a fee that they must pay.

4. How will valet parking work?
Valet parking is used to provide the utmost in security for the
community. Entry to Wyndholme is possible only through the main gatehouse after displaying
proper identification. A resident or guest would proceed to drive to the Grand Lobby area
and be greeted by a valet. After getting out, the valet would take your car and park it in
a nearby, secure and guarded parking area. Upon your request for your car, it would be
delivered to the entrance within minutes, all warmed up and ready to go.

5. Do I have to tip the valet?
No, tipping is not necessary at Wyndholme.

6. Are there be safety lights in
my residence?
Wyndholme complies with all ADA regulations. There are safety
devices that connect with 24-hour security in bathrooms, bedrooms and the kitchen.
