Wyndholme Village effectively gets approval from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland to move ahead!

     --Baltimore, MD, Friday, October 13, 2000, U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge, James Schneider along with the attorneys for the secured and unsecured creditors of Wyndholme Village, LLC signed the consent order granting relief from stay.  This action effectively allows Wyndholme to move ahead, as planned, to do the work necessary to begin construction in January, 2001.
