The past few
weeks have been very productive and positive here at Wyndholme Village.
With the support of our Founder’s Club members, the future of
Wyndholme is much brighter. As things progress we will keep you
informed through a weekly update.
Home Equity Loans
The first item we’d like to bring to your
attention concerns those in need of a home equity line against their
current home. Jim Lancelotta is currently working with a bank to
set up home equity loans to all members of the Founder’s Club.
As soon as the home equity loans are in
order you will receive an information package. Remember that your
first payment towards Wyndholme is not due until after the foundation is
completed.
Real Estate Market Study
If you are in need of a market study to
obtain the current value of your home, please contact Jennifer Willigan
at the Wyndholme Village Information Center.
Several Founder’s Club members have
already used this service provided at no charge. Jennifer along
with Real Estate agent Matt Lancelotta, of ReMax, will visit your home
and perform the market study.
Activities
Remember that as the fall approaches we will
have many more exciting activities planned at Wyndholme Village.

you will be placed on a mailing priority list, this list will be the
first to receive any invitations to events.
